Sugar-free, sugar reduced and no added sugar, what's in a name?
We would like to reassure you that we never add sugar to any of our products.
When it comes to sugar content, it’s important to understand the terminology as defined by EU regulations.
- Sugar-free
Products labelled sugar-free contain less than 0.5 g of naturally occurring sugars per 100 g of the product.
- No added sugar
No added sugar means that no sugars or other ingredients used for sweetening have been added during production. However, the product may still contain naturally occurring sugars from the ingredients used.
- Reduced sugar
Reduced sugar products contain naturally occurring sugars above 0.5 g per 100 g, but their sugar content has been reduced. These products may contain sweeteners such as stevia, erythritol or maltitol.

What type of sweeteners do you use instead of sugar?
We utilize various sweeteners and fibres in our products, including stevia, erythritol, maltitol, inulin and isomalt. The specific sweeteners and fibres used may vary from one product to another, so please refer to the ingredient list on each product for more details.
What type of gelatin do you use in your products?
Across all of our vegan sweets, we use pectin to achieve the perfect texture.
For our Sweet Softies, we use beef gelatine, which gives them their characteristic soft and chewy bite.

Do you have a physical store?
Regrettably, we don't have a physical store, but we've made shopping online a breeze. Visit our user-friendly webshop. You can also find our products at retail locations such as Colruyt, Carrefour, and Delhaize in Belgium.

How did you come up with the name "SWEET-SWITCH®"?
The desire to create sugar-free candy led us to explore sweetener alternatives, and that's when the idea for "SWEET-SWITCH®" was born. None of our products contain added sugar; all our products are sweetened with sweeteners such as stevia and erythritol.
The name SWEET-SWITCH® states the switch in sweeteners, making it a goal to provide healthier alternatives to everyday products that standard contain a lot of sugar.

Orders & shipment
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are determined by your delivery destination. For orders totaling 50 euros or more, we'll cover the delivery cost. (This is valid for customers in Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany.)
We charge €4,95 for every order below €50 for Belgium and The Netherlands.
For countries France, Germany and Luxemburg we charge €8,95 for orders below €50.
We also provide shipping to other countries. To find out the delivery cost for your location, please contact us. If you have any questions or can't find your country, please reach out to us via orders@sweet-switch.com.
I want to send a package as a gift. Is this possible?
Absolutely! We believe that sugar-free gifts are the sweetest ones. You can easily send a package to a friend or relative. Just enter the receiver's address in the 'shipping address' section. Optionally, you can also add your own address to the 'billing address.'
How will my order be packaged?
We take great care in packaging our sugar-free sweets to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, making every package feel like a present. Our commitment to the environment means we use recyclable materials like paper tape and cardboard boxes. Occasionally, we use bubble wrap to protect certain products, but we aim to minimize its use. We're constantly exploring eco-friendly shipping materials and welcome any feedback or suggestions.
