Frozen red fruit bites

These viral chocolate covered yogurt bites are the perfect low sugar, healthy swap for ice cream! The inside is ultra-creamy and they are so fun to break into! They are delicious and only take a few minutes to make!

Ingredients

Let's get cooking!

  1. Mix the Greek yoghurt with the red fruit and add to the ice cube tray.
  2. Add some toppings, such as berries, crushed Black & White cookies or some confetti!
  3. Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Melt your SWEET-SWITCH® 70% Dark Chocolate 'au bain-marie' style or in the microwave.
  5. Top your frozen yoghurt bites with the melted chocolate and add some crushed pistachio.
  6. Freeze for another 2 hours.
