Frozen red fruit bites
These viral chocolate covered yogurt bites are the perfect low sugar, healthy swap for ice cream! The inside is ultra-creamy and they are so fun to break into! They are delicious and only take a few minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 500 grams of red fruit (frozen, pick your favorite berries)
- 500 grams of Greek yoghurt
- For the toppings: pistachio nuts, crushed Black & White cookies, Confetti...
- 100 grams of SWEET-SWITCH® 70% Dark Chocolate
Let's get cooking!
- Mix the Greek yoghurt with the red fruit and add to the ice cube tray.
- Add some toppings, such as berries, crushed Black & White cookies or some confetti!
- Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- Melt your SWEET-SWITCH® 70% Dark Chocolate 'au bain-marie' style or in the microwave.
- Top your frozen yoghurt bites with the melted chocolate and add some crushed pistachio.
- Freeze for another 2 hours.
