Sweet pink avocado smoothie
We're smoothie lovers, and we're sure you will be too once you try this delicious recipe! This sweet pink avocado smoothie is a rich and nutritious breakfast that's quick and easy to prepare. Perfect for starting your day on a tasty and healthy note!
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 tsp. avodaco
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp of SWEET-SWITCH® Hazelnut Spread
- 150 ml (plantbased) milk
- Toppings: berries, fruit, SWEET-SWITCH® Confetti, (sugarfree) granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds...
Let's blend!
- Add the frozen berries, banana and avodaco to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain.
- Add a bit of (plantbased) milk and the Hazelnut Spread, and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
- Scoop into 1 or 2 serving bowls and top with your desired toppings.
