In your 'About us' and social media pages you claim all your products are vegan. Explain to me how ingredients like cow and pig gelatine are vegan. Never buying from your brand again as long as you keep lying to your customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how this could cause some confusion.
We communicate quite strongly that many of our products are vegan, as this applies to around 90% of our range. At the same time, we list the relevant claims separately on each individual product on our website, so customers can clearly see whether a specific product is vegan or not.
Our Sweet Softies are not labelled as vegan, as they are currently the only product in our candy range that contains gelatin. The gelatin used is beef gelatin. All our other candies use pectin as an alternative to gelatin.
That being said, we understand that our general communication may still have created the wrong impression. We will review this internally and see how we can make the distinction even clearer for our customers in the future.
